At The Warehouse, we aim to provide flexibility to meet your event needs. While we do offer catering through one of our Preferred Vendors to ensure a seamless and high-quality service, you are welcome to bring your own caterer if you prefer. However, please note that there is a $200 fee applied for clients who opt to bring their own caterer. Additionally, your caterers can utilize our in-house warming accessories for staging at no extra cost, ensuring your food stays perfectly prepared for your guests. Whether you choose our Preferred Vendors or your own caterer, we are committed to making your event a success.

Decor is not included in the venue package, but Clients are free to bring in their own decor team. Collaborating with our Event Coordinator is mandatory to ensure a seamless process and prevent any damage to the facility during setup and takedown.

The deposit is $600 in cash/credit, one payment, non-refundable this locks your date. Half of the venue balance is due when you sign the contract. The remaining balance is due 5 days before the event. Law enforcement and supervisor fees are paid on the day of the event. No setup, vendor access, or event activity may begin until the balance is paid in full. We do not offer split payments, financing, or pay-in-2 on the deposit.

Every package includes one security guard baked into the price. Star tier and above automatically add a required second guard for $180. In addition to venue security, government-required personnel are booked directly through the local agencies:· Events with over 100 guests are required to have an Augusta Firefighter on duty during event hours. Rates: $50/hour, 4-hour minimum.· Any event where alcohol is served (regardless of guest count) is required to have a Richmond County Deputy on duty during event hours. Call 706-821-1743 to schedule. Yes, however the latest an event can start is 4PM for a 10 hour event, and cleanup must start at 1AM so that all party goers and vendors are out the doors by 2AM.

No. The $600 deposit is non-refundable in all cases. This is because the deposit takes your date off the calendar and off the market once we hold it for you, we cannot sell it to anyone else. If you need to reschedule, contact us as early as possible and we will do our best to move you to another available date.
