The venue can accommodate a range of guest counts depending on the event space chosen. The house reaches maximum capacity at 200. However, our team will work with you to find the perfect fit for your gathering.

To ensure a seamless integration of floral arrangements that perfectly complement our venue's ambiance, we suggest collaboration with one of our preferred vendor florists.

Can I bring my own caterer for an event?

At The Warehouse, we aim to provide flexibility to meet your event needs. While we do offer catering through one of our Preferred Vendors to ensure a seamless and high-quality service, you are welcome to bring your own caterer if you prefer. However, please note that there is a $200 fee applied for clients who opt to bring their own caterer. Additionally, your caterers can utilize our in-house warming accessories for staging at no extra cost, ensuring your food stays perfectly prepared for your guests. Whether you choose our Preferred Vendors or your own caterer, we are committed to making your event a success.

Are There Additional Cost For Decor Or is it included in the total price?

Decor is not included in the venue package, but Clients are free to bring in their own decor team. Collaborating with our Event Coordinator is mandatory to ensure a seamless process and prevent any damage to the facility during setup and takedown.

Question 6

Outdoor Deck space is available for a fee.

We allow our venue-provided tables and chairs outside. If the event will be indoor/ outdoor, we will charge for an additional Supervisor Fee ($30/HR) for monitoring.

When Are fees Due?

Payment schedule includes:  $500 deposit to secure the date; half payment (venue) due at time of signed contract; remainder of payment (venue) due one week before the event;  law enforcement and supervisor fee on the day of the event.

What is included in the rental fee?

The Base Venue Price includes the Venue, (for storage/ staging), and Cleaning. Client is responsible for their own Event Planner. Additional services may be available upon request.

Do I need to provide my own security/Law Enforcement?

Accepted Answer

Events with over 100 guests are required to have an Augusta Firefighter on duty during the events hours.
Any event where alcohol is served (regardless of guest count) requires a Richmond County Deputy on duty during the event hours.
For scheduling an Augusta Firefighter, email request to Mereka Hagan (mhagan@augustaga.gov)(mailto:mhagan@augustaga.gov). Rates are $40/hour with a (3) hour minimum.

Do I need a special event alcohol permit?

If the provision of alcohol is tied to any monetary exchange or transfer of funds, yes a special event alcohol license is required.

Can extra time be added to an event?

Yes, for a fee of $200/ hour, with the cap being at 2AM.

Can the event start time be negotiated?

Accepted Answer

Yes, however the latest an event can start is 4PM for a 10 hour event, and cleanup must start at 1AM so that all party goers and vendors are out the doors by 2AM.

Does the Da Warehaus have a full kitchen available?

Accepted Answer

No, However, we do offer a staging area for all your eatables where you can organize and set up your food offerings. Additionally, we have an ice maker available on-site and coolers to assist with keeping your items fresh and ready for your event.
